A: NO all info we receive is held strictly confidential. We do not give that out.

A: Order via online, phone or by mail Mail Order Form .

Q: Can I have my order insured?

A: Yes, this option can be added to your order during checkout.
Q: How is my order shipped?

A: We ship via the USPS with tracking.

A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. Beskirts please allow 4-6 weeks to ship.
Q: Can I ship my order to another address?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, order MUST be cancelled by Midnight EST on the same day order was placed. Orders cancelled after that may incurr a 25% cancellation fee.

Q: Can I return my custom order item(s)?

A: No, custom order items are not returnable nor refundable unless deemed defective. As these items were custom made specifically for you. Should an issue arise with your order you MUST phone us immediately upon receiving. We will be happy to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

A: Yes, visit our labor only sewing pages for more info.
Q: Do we have a catalog?

A: No, all our items are handmade & inventory changes quickly.

Q: Do we offer ready made curtains?

A: No all are custom made to order.
Q: Do I need to measure for my custom order item(s)?

A: We highly recommend customers measure to ensure proper sizing & fitting.

A: Yes, all prices include sales tax.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?

A: NO, due to issues with customs & fraud we no longer ship internationally.

A: Yes, This service is available to our local customers only. As we need the chair.
